We are starting the process of looking at what food trucks may be interested in attending our rallies at Ashwaubomay in 2023! If you have a food truck, or know someone who does who would like more information, have them contact our office @ (920) 492-2331.
Ashwaubenon Summer Day Camp registration is just a month away!. Make sure to be here early on February 10th to reserve your spot. We completely sold out the first day of registration last year. Residents signing up for 9 or 10 weeks of camp can register at 8am (we pass out numbers at 7am). Open enrolled families and residents signing up for 8 or less weeks can register starting at 10am (numbers will be passed out at 9am). Registration is now open for the 2023 Ashwaubenon Village Wide Rummage Sale!!! This year's sale will take place on Friday, April 28th and Saturday, April 29th. Cost is $6 which includes a yard sign and your sale will be listed on our yard sale map. Deadline to sign up is March 31st. You do not want to miss out as our sale attracts buyers from all over the state!!! Stop by the Ashwaubenon Community Center or visit us online at https://ashwaubenon.gov/government/departments/parks-recreation/village-wide-rummage-sale/ to get a registration form.
It's that time of year again !! Make sure your kiddos don't miss out on a fun soccer season this year. Registration is now OPEN for the 2023 season !!
Our lifeguard training courses will begin this month. These courses enables the participant to work at an indoor/outdoor pool or lake setting and also certifies the participant in First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.

Saturday, January 28, 2023 we will be headed to the Kohl Center in Madison to cheer on the Wisconsin Badger Men's Basketball team as they take on conference rival Illinois. Cost is $58 for residents/$73 non-resident. Cost includes transportation and a game ticket. The bus will leave at 10am and is expected to return at approximately 7pm. Children under 18 must register with an adult. Space is limited so make sure you reserve your spot right away. Call us at 920-492-2331 or stop by the Ashwaubenon Community Center to register.
Day two of the Holiday Swim beat yesterday's record with a total of 213 people having fun with us throughout the day!!
Swimmers completed a holiday obstacle course and both pools got to participate in a jingle bell dive! Thank you to everybody who came out and swam with us 🏊
We had a full house, or should we say full pool, for day one of the Holiday Swim!!
A total of 201 people joined us throughout the day! We listened to holiday music, played jingle bell dive, and Santa super splash, and laughed a lot! We're looking forward to more of you joining us tomorrow, December 28th from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ☃️🌊

The community center and Village Hall offices will be CLOSED Wednesday, December 14th from 8 AM - 10 AM for an -all staff meeting. There will be NO counter service nor phone service until shortly after 10 AM. Sorry for the inconvenience...we'll be happy to serve you after 10 AM!
2023 Ashwaubenon Summer Day Camp registration begins Friday, February 10th. Resident families signing up for 9 or 10 weeks can enroll starting at 8am. Open enrolled families or if you are signing up for 8 or fewer weeks you can register starting at 10am. We have tons of fun activities and new field trips planned for the summer! Parent Handbooks will be available online shortly. All registration takes place at the Ashwaubenon Community Center in person. Last year we filled up within the first couple hours of registration opening.

Thanks to the weather, progress continued today on the Smith Park playground project!
Ho! Ho! HO! Don't be a grinch! There's still time to sign up for the "senior" Christmas luncheon at the community center on Thursday, December 8th! Fall Leaf Pick-Up for 2022 comes to a conclusion on Wednesday, November 23rd.
You may still see Village trucks making their final, quick sweeps around the Village, but we do NOT recommend or encourage putting any more piles of leaves out before the end date, as we can not guarantee they will be picked up.

Sleigh-what?! We just got a letter from Santa Claus saying his elves are up to "snow" good!
Santa's scout elves have scattered across the Ashwaubenon Parks to play instead of watch over the good boys and girls before Christmas!! 😧
The Great Elf Hunt of 2022 will begin in just 10 days (yes, Thanksgiving still comes before Christmas activities). Be sure to follow our page to keep up with Santa's updates on which elves are missing and in which parks they're being found in every Monday beginning on November 28th.
The elves MUST be returned to the North pole in order for Christmas to run smoothly, so please return found elves to the Community Center 🎅
Day 2 of the playground build at Smith Park. About 60-70% complete. Cold…. We’re shutting it down for now….will see what temps are like AFTER the Thanksgiving holiday. The area/new equipment is NOT able to be used, and is fenced off. There’s still footings that need to be put into the ground for some of the larger features, and certainly the cold temps and frozen ground will play a part in whether it is finished this year or in 2023. The rubberized surfacing will not be able to be put in until late spring-early summer. Thank you all for your patience! We’re as excited to see the kids play on it as many of you are😁!

Due to manufacturing delays, the semi with our new Smith Park playground pieces didn’t come in until last week. So….trying to beat the weather and get in as much as we can this fall. Park and Forestry crews worked with Northland Recreation yesterday and today to get the bones put up. Smaller details and the rubberized surfacing will be installed in 2023.! The playground will be fenced off until that time to keep the kids safe.

Due to the extraordinary amount of leaves throughout our community, our street staff are working extra hard to move as quickly as possible throughout Ashwaubenon while still picking up all of the leaves.

Pumpkin 🎃 Poolooza was a success ! We had a pumpkin splash 💦 contest, pumpkin relay races and pumpkin ring toss ! Thanks for coming and swimming in our first pool pumpkin patch ! 🎃
No tricks, just treats, the registration for Pumpkin Poolooza has been extended until Wednesday, October 19th!!
For just $12.00 a person, participants will receive their own pumpkin, a decorating kit, and 2 hours of swimming. Themed games and prizes will also be a part of the Poolooza!! 🎃

It’s been brought to our attention that there is an active scammer whose profile name is Grace Fortner actively posting in vendor event pages across the country. Their recent scam has been marketing an event and looking for vendors for a December vendor and craft show at the Ashwaubenon Community Center. There is no vendor and craft show at the Ashwaubenon Community Center. Please be wary of Grace Fortner’s account with an older woman and white dog as her profile photo. Events like vendor fairs will be marketed on our pages, so if the information isn’t here, please be careful what you click!
