Join Pitkin County Public Health as the Behavioral Health Facilitator, overseeing governance and coordinated funding efforts to implement the Behavioral Health Strategic Plan (BHSP). This role involves facilitating community partnerships, managing advisory groups, and collaborating with various departments to improve behavioral health outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-departmental coordination, monitoring the implementation of the BHSP, managing funding contracts, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have5+ years progressively responsible experience in the areas of facilitation, project management, strategic planning and implementation, and communication. This term-limited position spans up to three years. Pay range: $73,080.03 - $127,889.95 Annually
