CGC ELM recently finished a Southwest Border Patrol that included recovering an adrift boat, a demonstration with the Maritime Security Response Team- West (MSRT-W) and servicing multiple Aids to Navigation (AToN)!
During the MSRT-W demo, ELM had the privilege of hosting the Department of Homeland Security to showcase their capabilities!
ELM also serviced multiple discrepant AToN, ensuring the waterways were safe and navigable for all mariners! Off the coast of San Francisco, ELM recovered a NOAA buoy that had not been serviced in many years.
