American Single Malt is more specific than it sounds.

To qualify, the whiskey must be:

• Made from a fermented mash of 100% malted barley
• Mashed, distilled and aged in the United States
• Distilled entirely at one U.S. distillery

“Single” does not mean one barrel. Multiple barrels may be combined. And when “straight” appears on the label, the whiskey must have spent at least two years in oak barrels.

Barrel & Tide is our Straight American Single Malt, distilled and matured in Astoria, Oregon.
