Regular Session Board Meeting Reminder - MONDAY, June 15, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m. (Please note start time)
There will be a Regular Session Meeting of the Athens Area School District Board of Education on MONDAY, June 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Administration Building, 100 Canal Street, Athens, PA. There will be NO COMMITTEE MEETINGS. Visitor comments may be made in person during the board meeting. Board policy requires that public participants be residents or taxpayers of the Athens Area School District. Wildcat Credit Recovery Starts Monday June 15th
The program will run from June 15th through July 1st at Athens Area High School. All students should report on Monday, June 15th, by 8:00 AM and be prepared to attend. Attendance is required for all students who have signed up for the program. Absences must be approved by the principal. Unexcused absences will terminate the ability to continue in the program. Schedules will be distributed during a brief meeting on Monday morning before instructional sessions begin. Please take note that Monday's schedule requires ALL STUDENTS who have signed up to attend for the morning. Breakfast and lunch will be available each day for students who would like to participate. If you are eligible but have not yet signed up, you may still register on the first day of the program. Please arrive by 7:45 AM on Monday, June 15th, to complete the registration process. We look forward to helping our students get back on track and achieve success this summer. Thank you, and we will see you on Monday morning.

Reminder - June Board Meeting Change
The Athens Area School District regular session meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, has been moved to Monday, June 15, 2026, and will begin at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Athens Area School District Administration Office Board Room at 100 Canal Street, Athens, PA 18810. There will be NO COMMITTEE MEETINGS.
