Happy Work Anniversary to our Facility & Program Supervisor, Jesus Ozuna! We’re grateful for all he does for our programs, facilities and the Athens community.

Happy Work Anniversary to Jesus Ozuna, Athletics Facilities and Programs Supervisor! Today marks five years with the Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department.

A native of the Dominican Republic, Jesus grew up in the Bronx. He made his way south where he graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in History.

Jesus makes sure that department athletic fields are groomed and ready for play for internal department programs as well as community activities. You will also see him helping with major community events including the Downtown Parade of Lights and the Star Spangled Classic.

A HUGE “Thank You!” to Jesus for his dedicated service to the Leisure Services Department and the Athens-Clarke County Community!
