There’s something about an Athens holiday party that just lands differently. The people, the stories, the comfort of being in a room where everyone already speaks the same emotional language.

And yes—my midnight espresso cookies were the ones people tried to sneak into their purses. But that was just the edible subplot.

What really stayed with me was reminder that “home” isn’t just this thing I help people buy and sell. It’s community. It’s care. It’s showing up for each other in small, warm ways.

Grateful for this group and for APQC—proof that the work only matters because of the people doing it. 💛
