The Peoples Bank Foundation recently donated to HAVAR, an organization dedicated to connecting individuals with and without disabilities through supportive and inclusive programs. For nearly five decades, HAVAR has provided services across Washington County, Athens County, and Meigs County, Ohio, helping individuals build independence, develop skills, and find meaningful opportunities.

Associates Danielle Bruni, Brian Stover, and Patrick Reed were proud to present the check to Executive Director Shelby Rhodes, recognizing the important role HAVAR plays in the region.

Today marks another special anniversary for Lisa Simpson who has been at HAVAR for an incredible forty seven years, having started when she wasn't yet out of high school. Three children and five grandchildren later she's still with us, setting the record for the employee with the most longevity ever at our company! Here is a rare picture of Lisa before she and our director Shelby Rhodes both got some much needed rhinoplasty.

Special thanks to volunteers from People's Bank this week for devoting some time in staining the wheelchair ramp at our Marietta office! No, Rebecca Rhodes Minear wasn't the only volunteer. Everyone else apparently was just camera shy 😆. Your help volunteerism is much appreciated People's Bank!
