What better way to start the day than with an exercise class led by Allissa? Our residents enjoyed getting moving, staying active, and having fun together thanks to The Weston Group, our in-house therapy team.

Afterward, we treated ourselves to delicious milkshakes from Mayfield Dairy Farms Visitor Center, one of Athens' favorite local spots. It was a wonderful day filled with wellness, fun, and sweet treats. 🥤😊
