Happening now through 1 PM! The 3rd Annual Beat the Heat Summertime Bash is underway at Henderson County HELP Center's Legacy Center, and there's still plenty of fun and resources available for families.

The box fans have all been distributed, but attendees can still enjoy backpacks, hot dogs, popcorn, face painting, bracelet making, giveaways, community resources, and more.

Several Greater Athens Chamber members are also on-site, making this a great opportunity to connect with local businesses and organizations while enjoying a family-friendly afternoon.
