Congratulations to Mr. Anthony Brooks who was recognized this evening as the Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education Agriculture Education Teacher of the Year and a finalist for Georgia Career and Technical Agriculture Education (CTAE) Teacher of the Year! We are so proud of Mr. Brooks and his accomplishment!

Clarke Central FFA returned home yesterday from the 2026 Summer Leadership Camp at the Georgia FFA-FCCLA Center!

After a week filled with leadership development, teamwork, competition, and new friendships, our members wrapped up an incredible camp experience. Throughout the week, students worked alongside FFA members from across Georgia as part of camp teams, competing in athletic events, participating in leadership activities, and completing team-building challenges designed to strengthen communication, confidence, and leadership skills.

We are proud of our for representing Clarke Central so well and can’t wait to see them put what they learned into action this year! 💙💛

The first ever Clarke Central Dog Show happened last week for our Veterinary Science ! 🐶

To wrap up the semester, students researched a specific breed of dog, built a realistic replica of their breed, and created a custom “Bark Box” designed specifically for that dog breed.

Students had to design toys and enrichment items appropriate for their breed’s behavior and activity level, while also creating treats that supported the nutritional needs of their breed.

This project challenged students to apply concepts related to animal behavior, nutrition, enrichment, creativity, and communication, all while having a little fun to end the semester! 🐾

Today was our final floral subscription delivery day for the school year! 🌸

A huge thank you to Mrs. Frost and her students for partnering with us throughout the year to help deliver arrangements across our community!

We’ll be back in July with sign-ups for next school year and are excited to continue growing this partnership to provide even more deliveries to our community! ❤️💛

It’s been ELECTRIC for our in Basic Agriculture Science the past couple of weeks! ⚡️

Thanks to our friends at Jackson EMC, students have been learning the basics of electrical wiring and different types of circuits through hands-on activities and real-world applications. Today was definitely a 💡 moment as students successfully connected a switch to power a light bulb for the first time!

Experiences like these help students build problem-solving, technical, and career-ready skills while exploring opportunities in the skilled trades and agricultural mechanics industries. 🛠️

Who knows… maybe tomorrow we’ll work on charging their Chromebooks! 🔌💻

We had an incredible night at the 6th Annual Clarke Central FFA Awards Banquet, with 225 members, parents, and guests in attendance!

💙 We celebrated 52 students who competed in 19 different Career and Leadership Development Events.

💛 Recognized 59 Greenhands, 31 Chapter Degree recipients, and 6 State FFA Degrees!

💙 Honored 4 recipients of the Honorary Chapter Degree: Mrs. Tyler Parker, Mrs. Jennifer Frost, Mrs. Tameka Jordan, and Mrs. Barb Saunders.

💛 Celebrated 41 students who completed a pathway and passed their End of Pathway Assessment in Veterinary Science, Floral Design, or Nursery/Landscape.

💙 Recognized 6 students participating in Agriculture Work-Based Learning.

💛 Recognized our 2025–2026 Officer Team and officially welcomed our 2026–2027 Officer Team!

💙 Had a wonderful meal from Boss Dawg BBQ!

And so much more!

Day 1 of the Georgia FFA Convention kicked off on Wednesday!

We visited the Go Fish educational facility at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry where students were able to tour, learn and even catch and release fish!
