The Tennessee Smokies and EETN have joined forces to provide FREE tickets to a total of twenty-five (25) military veterans over the entire 2014 regular season. Hero nominations will be accepted on a rolling basis and the winning selections contacted personally by the Smokies front office. Each hero will receive complimentary admission to the unique Smokies home game of his/her choice, including tickets for up to seven (7) of their guests. He/she will also be publicly recognized during the featured game and receive a round of applause for his/her military service. Nominate YOUR hero today!

Veterans, their families and survivors receiving disability compensation and pension benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs will receive a 1.5 percent cost-of-living increase in their monthly payments beginning Jan. 1, 2014.
