No only does Lake Baikal have its fame as a geographically remarkable spot in Russia, but also as a main protagonist of multiply legends. Lets have a look at the mythical world of the old grandpa Baikal!
Once upon a time, the only daughter of Baikal, Angara, escaped to her lover - the knight of the Yenisei. Enraged Baikal threw a huge rock to block her way, but it was too late. Since then, the Angara and the Yenisei flow together along the Siberian wilds. And the top of the rock can be seen in the source of the only river flowing from the Baikal.

Кофе для всех!

Сан - Франциско известен своими магазинами кофе. Здесь был изобретен Ирландский кофе, а Caffe Trieste первая кофейня в городе с 1956 года. Говорят, что трилогия Крестный отец Фрэнсиса Форда Копполы, была написана именно в этом месте.

Для Олимпиады 1984 года в Лос-Анджелесе McDonald’s запустил маркетинговую акцию: за каждую выигранную американскими спортсменами бронзовую медаль посетителям полагался бесплатный стакан колы, за серебряную — порция картошки-фри, а за золотую — биг-мак. Однако эта акция чуть не привели компанию к финансовой катастрофе: Советский Союз принял решение не отправлять спортсменов на эту Олимпиаду, из-за чего американцы выиграли гораздо больше медалей, чем было запланировано.
