We are almost halfway through 2026.

Are you still running everything alone when you KNOW you need help?

It does not have to be that way.

All you need is the right person to help you thrive.

I’m your lady, let’s chat.

It is something about graduation season that culminates the end of one season and preparation for the next.

As an admin and a social worker, no task is too small or insignificant. It all brings a goal to the finish line.

I am super grateful to support in what we capacity needed.

I mean how cool was it to find, not one, but three graphic tees all centered on blooming and flourishing!

This is a just a friendly reminder that you are doing a good job.

It is easy to look at what you aren’t doing, but what about the areas that you are showing up for consistently? Don’t forget those.

Blooming is on the horizon 🌱.

Sorry to break it to you, but you’re not a superhero… and that is OKAY.

Being a visionary and leader is not for the weak.

A lot comes with the territory making it seem oh-so-easy.

Everyone comes to you for answers.
Everyone expects you to know..well everything.
It is a daunting feeling to realize that maybe you’ve been ‘saving the day’ a little too much and now your cup is running low.

The good news is you can put the cape down for a minute.
You can take a step back.
You can allocate tasks to someone else.

You don’t have to do it or know it all.

The sooner you embrace this reality, the easier it will be to prevent burnout and maintain your capacity to thrive.

Digest these words and think about how you can put down the cape for maximum growth.🌱

Thoughts from a Wildflower:

This how most days look now.
Laptop open with several tabs.
Coffee to the right.
Notebook to the left.

And you know what? I love it.

I remember a time when I did not though...when I bit off more than I could chew without proper boundaries, checks, or balances.

It wasn't until I hit an actual wall inside that I knew I had to make a change.

Had I kept pushing myself, I would have crashed and burned ( and not in the self growth kind of way, in the I give up kind of way).

I am learning to work and support from a place of calm versus urgency.

I am gaining new rhythms and adopting new flows.

In this new place of not working from anxiousness, I am finding that I have more capacity, clarity, and care while working.

Admins, it truly is okay to do what you need to do.

Because I allowed myself to take a step back, I now feel more confident and ready to support my clients.

And that is what is the deserved, the best version of yourself. Not the fragments.

Even with the boom of AI, people still need people.

Sure there are tools to support work, but the essence of true collaboration, happens with people.

When you can sit across from someone and see their passion, it resonates differently.

So, I want to reintroduce.

I’m Iniki Franklin, social worker, business owner, and your trusted supportive partner.

I don’t just do busy work.
I support dreams through my work.
I help processes move forward.
I bring structure to chaos.
I help reduce your administrative overload through expert support.

You need someone that can see you, hear you, and support you and what you carry.

I’m her.

Flashback Friday 🤗

It’s not too late to get clear on what you want for 2026.

A few years ago, I created something simple to help with that process—The Cultivation Journal. It’s been really meaningful to hear how others have used it to slow down, reflect, and take practical steps toward where they want to be.

If you’ve been feeling a little stuck, unsure where to begin, or just want something to gently guide your thoughts, this could be a helpful companion along the way.

Either way, give yourself the space to start. You don’t have to have it all figured out today 🌱.

To the visionary AND the VA:

You can’t pour from empty.

We hear this all the time, but it’s true.

If you aren’t taking the time to be filled you can’t serve, delegate, or lead well.

I spend a lot of time at my computer desk, but I’ve been intentional about taking time to walk a path nearby.

I put on headphones and a podcast and suddenly the stressors that I was worried about settle down for at least an hour.

From that place I gain clarity for so many areas of my life, specifically business.

How are you taking time to recharge so that you serve from a place of plenty? Feel free to drop a comment or send a DM 🌱

Hello, my name is Iniki, and I am a risk-taker.

I used to think of myself as someone who did not take risks.

I followed the rules.
I worked rigidly within systems.
I looked for clear, determinable outcomes.
I was overly cautious (in some areas of my life I still am 😁).

But after five years in business, I learned that I am a risk-taker.

I sat with an advisor one day, and the realization of this “newfound” identity honestly shocked me.
I am doing what most of the population does not see as desirable.

Business operations.
Supporting clients.
Networking and marketing.
Being responsible for everything yourself.
And the list could go on.

Business is risky, especially in today’s time.
But guess what?
The reward is so worth it.

I am not just talking about monetary worth.
I am talking about value that exceeds dollars.

Every day I get to cultivate dreams, support visionaries, and watch their businesses come to life and grow.
Every day I see a return on the risk that I took in 2020.

So I just have one question for you:

What risks have you taken, or are you willing to take, to see a return on what you are investing in?

Where can you step out of your comfort zone for bolder outcomes?
