Please meet Alicia Teague, M.Ed., N.C.C.
Alicia Teague was born in Brooklyn, NY, raised in Miramar, Fl and has been living in Atlanta, GA since starting college in 2006. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University in 2010 and then her Masters of Education in School Counseling degree from Georgia State University in 2013. In 2014, her life changed forever when her and her husband were arrested. After 21 days in jail and being out on bond for four months, all of her charges were dropped. For the next 40 months while her husband was incarcerated, she rebuilt her life and eventually helped him rebuild his own upon his return home. Today Alicia works as a High School Counselor and volunteers serving as the CPR Program Development Manager at the National Incarceration Association.
