I invite you to join your fellow neighbors and me this Thursday, Aug. 20, at 10:30 a.m. for a Voter Education Rally in the ATL at Cascade Skating Rink, 3335 M.L.K. Jr. Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30331.

We’ve accomplished a lot, but where do we go from here? This important community gathering is an opportunity to connect, engage and empower residents through voter education and conversation about the issues that affect our neighborhoods, our city and our future.

I’ll be joined by Councilmembers Wayne Martin, Eshé Collins, Michael Julian Bond, Council President Marci Collier Overstreet. and Judge Penny Brown Reynolds, among many other leaders.

Lunch will be provided, so bring your family, friends and neighbors and join us Thursday morning at Cascade Skating Rink. Remember, an informed and engaged community is a powerful community — and your vote is your voice!
