In support of our mission, DSI is developing and employing technical tools that enhance our ability to:

~Raise the consciousness of society about what a social con

tract is, how elected officials should function in a democracy, and how our leaders are failing the American public by neglecting critical public policy issues; and


~Develop a national mutual aid system that works within and between local communities to address the policy needs of vulnerable communities nationwide.
