One of my clients had a roof “replaced”.
I was shocked and appalled at this work. Who puts new decking and shingles on top of the existing shingles 😱. I know the contractor. Shocking.

This is very upsetting to say the least.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this??

ACV homeowner policies are a SCAM. Why you ask….because your coverages diminish over time and your premiums increase. Make sure you have a RCV (full replacement) policy with Law and Ordinance coverages . on all your property insurance otherwise you are not fully protected.

I am happy to review your policy if you’re not sure.

Many of my clients are caught off guard when damage occurres. Your roof is the most likely part of the home to sustain damage. Many carriers will not write for full coverage on roofing and the agent will not disclose it properly to you.

Full coverage is a full RCV policy with Law and Ordinance. Many are not covered. Are you?
