One year at Assembly Atlanta. 🥂🎉

Last June, we announced a partnership with Assembly Studios to expand film production education and workforce training to more students. Since then, we’ve had countless future filmmakers take our courses on a world-class, 32,000-square-foot set.

Beginning on Aug. 18, GFA will offer courses in a 32,000-square-foot space made to put students and professional learners in real-world, hands-on learning experience.

Knot your average class. 🪢

Even in an era dominated by digital technology, knot tying is a critical skill in film production. Students this past semester learned the art of knot tying to ensure safety, stability and efficiency in rigging, lighting and set operations.

Happy National Drive-In Movie Day! 🚗🌙🎥✨

Starlight Drive-In Theatre & Flea Market opened in Atlanta almost 80 years ago. Despite the fluctuating popularity of drive-in theaters, Starlight Drive-In has remained an Atlanta landmark, bringing unique movie-going experiences to generations.

Now, patrons can enjoy double features on any given night at Starlight Drive-In, complete with four screens, an all-new digital projection system and clear sound broadcast to your car stereo.
