We’re proud to celebrate our Activities Directors from The Towers, Berman Commons, and The William Breman Jewish Home, who are representing Jewish HomeLife at the 2026 NAAP Annual Conference in Chicago! 🏙️

Throughout the conference, they’re participating in engaging workshops, inspiring keynotes, and hands-on seminars designed to spark new ideas and enhance the lives of the residents we serve.

Their dedication to learning and growth reflects what resident-centered care is all about: creating meaningful moments, joyful experiences, and vibrant communities for older adults.

Snow cones and sunshine! ☀️🍧 The Sweet Treatz on the Streetz Italian ice truck rolled up for a sweet summer surprise, and our residents soaked up the music and the cold treats. Rainbow, lemon, watermelon — everybody found their flavor!

🎨 Our talented Towers residents came together last Friday for a community Art Sale, filling the room with paintings, quilts, jewelry, hand-sewn treasures, and so much creativity.

From vibrant sunrise paintings to handmade quilts, greeting cards, scarves, and one-of-a-kind collectibles, every table told a story — and every artist beamed with pride sharing their work with neighbors and friends.

As our Activities Director, Gal, said, "The Art Sale was great. It brought our talented artists together for a day of community support and engagement!"

We couldn't agree more. Thank you to every resident who shared their talent, and to everyone who came out to support them. 💙🎨

Our Towers residents enjoyed their second Culinary Judaics Academy lesson, led by Chef Rodney and Chef Zach! Together, they created a delicious vanilla trifle with jammy sauce while learning about *Sh*tuf Peulah*, the Jewish value of cooperation.

The lesson arrived just in time for Shavuot, a holiday that celebrates the giving of the Torah and is often marked by enjoying sweet dairy foods together. What a meaningful way to celebrate the season — learning, creating, and sharing something special as a community. 💙🍓
