Through every season, we’ve continued to choose each other and build a life rooted in love, faith, and family. God has been at the center of our journey, guiding our steps, strengthening our bond, and carrying us through every challenge and celebration.

I’m grateful for every memory, every lesson, and every laugh along the way. Here’s to 21 amazing years and many more adventures still to come.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Memorial Day is more than a holiday. It is a reminder that courage, service, and sacrifice built the foundation of this nation.

We remember the fallen, pray for their families, and thank every hero who answered the call to serve.

I was invited by a good friend of mine, Ralph Heard, to attend the dedication of the naming of a street in the City of South for his Aunt, Georgia State Senator Donzella James. To see her 97-year-old mom vibrantly speak at her daughter’s dedication was awesome.

The Senator received her share of accolades, including one from Mayor Gumbs, City of South Fulton, but it was Mama for me.

Thanks for the invite, Ralph, to allow me to be part of this historic moment.
