Happy ! This summer, we were excited to once again host interns from the Georgia Institute of Technology Center for Sustainable Communities Research and Education (SCoRE) Summer Internship Program.

Nicholas Albrinck is a graduate student in City and Regional Planning at Georgia Tech. His summer project focus was data mining the buildings list for Atlanta’s Commercial Benchmarking Energy Efficiency Ordinance to identify data gaps and trends. Additionally, he developed a roadmap for our 2025 Carbon Disclosure Report to put us on a path back to the Leader category!

Glenn Mincey, a junior at Georgia State University, dedicated his time to working with our Urban Ag and Food Systems team. He elevated our digital presence, managed impactful social media campaigns, and strengthened our community outreach. Glenn also helped facilitate community participation at our neighborhood workshops!

BIG thanks to Nicholas and Glenn for advancing key initiatives for Atlanta’s sustainability and resilience goals!

Best wishes for a successful fall semester Nick Albrinck and Glenn Mincey!
