X3 Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, was established in 2010 after the management of X3 Sports Enterprises recognized a need in the community to connect at-risk youth with sponsored athletic extracurricular opportunities. X3 Foundation’s primary philanthropic focus centers on at-risk youth development through athletic pursuits in two core ways: (1) by funding neighborhood nonprofit or

ganization programs/projects that support our charitable goals and (2) by offering individual scholarships to at-risk youth for participation in athletic endeavors. Within these areas, X3 Foundation is committed to supporting deserving individuals and programs/projects that have the greatest impact on our communities and align with our core business – health and fitness. At X3 Foundation we know there is no life lesson that can’t be taught through sports. Healthy youth are a marker of healthy communities.
