In a Fascist regime, the strangulation of free speech is a foundational element, not an incidental byproduct. The absolute authority attempted by the Trump/Musk regime necessitates the elimination of dissenting voices, as any challenge to the leader or the ideology is seen as a direct threat. This suppression manifests in various ways, from overt censorship of adverse media and the arts to the insidious control of educational institutions and public discourse. Independent journalism is eradicated, replaced by state-controlled propaganda outlets that disseminate the official narrative. Any expression of alternative viewpoints, whether through public protest, written works, or even private conversations, is met with swift and often brutal reprisal.

The erosion of free speech in a Fascist state extends beyond the silencing of political opposition. It permeates every aspect of society, stifling creativity, intellectual curiosity, and open debate. The Office of the Facilitator: Afro-descendant Nation Confederated emphasizes the critical need for Afro-descendant self-determination. We cautioned against relying solely on legislative and judicial processes, advocating instead for a human rights-based approach to secure economic and social justice. Traditional civil rights strategies, focusing on limited reforms like food stamps, underfunded education, and diluted affirmative action, have consistently failed to address the systemic inequalities faced by Afro-descendant communities. While other groups have seen incremental progress, we remain at the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder. The established civil rights organizations, political caucuses, and even reparations groups, by placing their trust in established political systems, have yielded insufficient results. The recent political shift underscores the urgency of pursuing an Afro-descendant-led path to liberation. To achieve this, we propose an insular voting process within the states where we reside, facilitated by elections overseen by international lawyers and human rights defenders trained by our Institute. We call upon civil rights organizations and their members to unite with freedom-loving human rights organizations, the Afro-Descendant Nation Confederated, the Nation of Islam, and indigenous rights organizations. Together, we can mobilize the 50 million Afro-descendants in the United States towards an inclusive, non-denominational, and independent confederation. I like the ideas of a Black Cabinet, a Congressional Black Caucus and even a Black Political Party. HOWEVER these political structures pale in comparison to an “Insular Afro-descendent Confederated Nation. Why? The short and long answer is “Independent collective wealth and Power over TERRITORY and Government works over our own Treasury so that we can decide how we want to educate our children, eat from our own farmers and food imports, buy from our own businesses.

True freedom means self-sufficiency in every sustainable indicator.
