Leadership is built through action.
Today’s pool event challenged our applicants and candidates with a resupply run followed by fireteam tactics. Candidates who have already completed an increment of OCS stepped up to apply what they learned, lead from the front, and pass that knowledge on to the rest of the pool.
OCS preparation is more than getting physically fit. It’s learning how to think under pressure, communicate with a team, take responsibility, and lead when others are counting on you.
