Highlighting businesses and friends of the community NPU-X meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7 p.m.

NPU-X is comprised of Sylvan Hills, Capitol View, Capitol View Manor, Perkerson, and Hammond Park neighborhoods all within city council district 12. The membership of NPU-X consists of all persons 18 years of age or older whose primary place of residence is within the neighborhood planning unit, and any corporation, organization, institution or agency which owns property or has a place of business or profession within NPU-X. in the Stewart-Lakewood branch library’s community room.
