We provide simple ways for donors to impactfully serve students in Georgia’s K-12 system – by investing in a current GFPE project or working with GFPE to fund their vision. Sandy Springs Education Force is raising funds through the PEACH Education Tax Credit to create incredible, hands-on learning experiences for its students! The money they raise through PEACH will expand their comprehensive College & Career Readiness program, driving impact across all 10 Sandy Springs public schools through three key focus areas:

🔬 After-School STEAM Programming: Expanding teacher-led STEAM programs to serve 800 students through 20 programs, strengthening critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication for K-12 students while prioritizing the more than 60% of students who are economically disadvantaged.

🎓 Postsecondary Planning & Mentorship: Providing additional resources and guidance where trained volunteer mentors help high school students navigate college and career planning, including applications, testing, and financial assistance for related fees.

💼 Workforce Development & Career Pathways: Connecting students with local employers through career presentations, experiential learning opportunities, internships, apprenticeships, career expos, and the High Demand Career Fair to build actionable pathways to careers within their community.

We were so proud to announce Richmond Hill High School of the Bryan County School System as a 2026 IEF grant winner! 🎉

Because of the PEACH Education Tax Credit, this incredible school received a $48,000 grant to fund an initiative making a massive difference for its students!

Right now, they are piloting a brand-new student journalism program and digital newspaper!
