💡Did you know that Georgia ranks in the Top 5 states with the highest need for caregivers.

There are 3.6 million grandparents and caretakers raising school aged children in Georgia.

Today we honor Lillie Allen Young 💛 one of the Lillies whose love and legacy helped inspire the vision behind Lillie’s Foundation.

This foundation was created from lived experience. Mr. and Mrs. Allen were both raised by “Lillie’s” and know firsthand the love, sacrifice, and strength it takes for grandparents to raise grandchildren. That personal story is what fuels this mission every single day.

Lillie’s Foundation exists to support grandparents raising school-aged children through educational enrichment programs for them and their grandchildren because families deserve to be empowered through love. 🌼
