Before the final votes dropped and Special Session gaveled out, Senior Field Director Toni J. Watkins caught up with Rep. Jasmine Clark during the House recess to get an update on the elections bill.

While the legislation was originally called to address ballot QR codes ahead of a July 1st deadline, late additions shifted the focus toward mandatory hand recounts if discrepancies arise on Election Day.
