During National Public Works Week, the City of Marietta’s Public Works Department recognized team members who have gone above and beyond in service to our community.

Our incredible staff is one of the many reasons Marietta Public Works is nationally accredited through the American Public Works Association. Of more than 40,000 public works departments in the United States and Canada, fewer than 1% have earned this prestigious accreditation. Marietta is also one of only two fully accredited public works departments in the State of Georgia.

Thank you to the men and women of Marietta Public Works for the important work they do each day to keep our city running strong!
