Walker Building Services will no longer take referral fees that’s over $200

Keep in mind Home providers have to make sure we are accommodating all clients and the only way that’s possible is if the funds the clients have are fully accessible to make sure there comfortable. Especially special needs clients

We offer houses for rent to ILF providers with no hassle so it’s no need for us to be charged large fees for referrals
