🌀 Hurricane season is here, and preparation starts before a storm is on the radar.

This week, we're kicking off our Hurricane Preparedness with Beaches Habitat Series in June with one of the most important steps: building a disaster supply kit. Having essential supplies ready can help keep your family safe and comfortable during an emergency.

Take a few minutes this week to check your supplies, replace expired items, and make sure everyone in your household—including pets—is prepared.

🏡 Family Faith Build Day is almost here!

We are excited to join local faith communities at Coastal Haven this Saturday for a day of fellowship, hands-on building, and real community impact. From building homes alongside volunteers to younger volunteers and homeowner family members building birdhouses together, Family Faith Build is all about putting faith into action and coming together to serve our community with love. 💙

A HUGE thank you to the Fleet Landing Woodworkers for handcrafting these beautiful birdhouses for the kids to decorate — your talent and generosity make this day even more special! 🙏🪵

✨ May Recap ✨

What an incredible month of progress! 🏡💙

At Coastal Haven, Quad 1 hit a big milestone with cabinets installed, electrical underway, and painting nearly complete. Quad 2 continues gaining momentum with framing and sheathing moving forward every week. And over on 21st Street, our Repairs team wrapped up a full siding and roof replacement — and finished painting too.

None of this happens without the volunteers, donors, sponsors, and supporters who show up and build alongside families every month. Thank you for another month of hard work and heart.

We're heading into summer energized and excited for all that's ahead — and doing our best to stay cool on the build site along the way. ☀️🔨
