The Atlantic City Firefighters Fall Golf Classic will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Blue Heron Pines Golf Course, with a 10:00 AM sh***un start.

This year’s tournament holds special significance as we recognize the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

We are looking for a bagpiper or group of bagpipers to help us honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice by piping off our golfers before the sh***un start.

The Atlantic City Firefighters are proud to congratulate this year’s Seedorf/McMeekin Scholarship recipients, each receiving a $1,000 scholarship:

These scholarships were presented at the conclusion of the Atlantic City Firefighters Seedorf/McMeekin Run, an event that continues the proud tradition of raising funds to support deserving students as they pursue their education.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Ocean City Firefighter Kenny Po***ck after his courageous battle with cancer.

Kenny dedicated his life to serving others with honor, courage, and compassion. His loss is deeply felt throughout the fire service, especially by his family, friends, and the members of the Ocean City Fire Department.

Kenny was also the beloved brother of Atlantic City Battalion Chief Kyle Po***ck, and our thoughts are with Kyle and the entire Po***ck family during this incredibly difficult time.

Please join us in keeping the Po***ck family, Kenny’s friends, and his brothers and sisters in the fire service in your thoughts and prayers as they mourn this tremendous loss.

Rest easy, Kenny. Your watch is over. Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and the legacy you leave behind. 🚒🖤❤️

Today we remember Firefighter Albert “Albie” Mallen—a brother, a friend, and a dedicated firefighter whose impact continues to be felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Albie wasn’t just respected for his commitment to the job—he was known for his charm, humor, and quick wit. Even today, those stories are still shared throughout Atlantic City firehouses, bringing smiles and reminding us of the kind of person he was. His personality left as much of an impression as his dedication to the fire service.

Although he’s no longer with us, Albie’s legacy lives on through the memories we share, the laughter he inspired, and the brotherhood he helped strengthen. He will always be remembered with respect, gratitude, and pride.

Gone, but never forgotten.

We wish you had stayed.

Today we congratulate Battalion Chief Ariel Beltran on his retirement from the Atlantic City Fire Department after more than 25 years of dedicated service to the residents and visitors of Atlantic City.

Throughout his career, Chief Beltran has demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and commitment to the fire service, earning the respect of his fellow firefighters and the community he proudly served. His years of dedication, sacrifice, and mentorship have left a lasting impact on this department and all those who had the privilege to work alongside him.

On behalf of the Atlantic City Firefighters, we thank Chief Beltran for his service and wish him nothing but health, happiness, and success in this next chapter of life.

Congratulations Chief Beltran — enjoy your well-earned retirement!
