The Navesink Library

Built in 1917 by the Duryea Foundation, the Navesink Library is being restored as the cultural and community center it once was.

The Library hopes to resume its duty as a social, literary, artistic and educational meeting place for the Navesink community.

🥃 Let’s Talk History! Next Thursday, March 13th & will host: Ghosts On The Coast- Prohibition in Monmouth County. Our guest speaker, Greg Caggiano is an Award Winning Historian & Author. He will lead us through an interesting lecture on the history of bootlegging in Atlantic Highlands and share some recent discoveries! This is a FREE event open to the public, please try to register ahead of time so we have an accurate head count (link in bio). While we will@not be serving drinks- feel free BYOB if you would like to sip on a beverage during the talk - tea, coffee, wine, rum, maybe some bathtub gin… BIG thank you to our generous event sponsor 🥃.

Tomorrow is the last collection day.

Please help us as we collect new unwrapped toys for the littlest patients at The Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch. No one should have to be sick and in the hospital during the holidays.

There is a bin outside the side entrance to the building. Thank you so much for your support! 🎁🫶🏻
