Attention - Time Update! Due to a power outage at Ford Field, our Flag Football team’s game has been delayed and will now begin at 8:00 PM TONIGHT!

History is being made by our Lady Martian Flag Football team!

After an incredible undefeated regular season, our Lady Martians are headed to Ford Field today to compete in the State Championship Tournament!

📢 Exciting news, Martian Nation - the transformation begins!

The first steps of our highly anticipated bond improvements are officially underway, and we are thrilled to begin transforming our school facilities for students, staff, and our entire community. The very first project kicking off this summer will be the replacement of our field turf, which starts Monday, June 1st! The turf replacement is estimated to be completed by the start of the 2026-2027 school year.

🚧 Starting today, major construction equipment will begin arriving at the high school as preparations get underway. To help ensure everyone’s safety and allow construction crews the space they need to begin work, a portion of the South parking lot near the tennis courts will be temporarily closed. Approximately one quarter of the lot in that area will be blocked off and used as the starting point for summer construction activities.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, cooperation, and excitement as these improvements begin to take shape. Thank you for your continued support in helping make these incredible updates possible for our students and school community. 💙💛

Big things are happening at Goodrich Area Schools, and we can’t wait to watch this transformation unfold! Stay tuned for more projects happening this summer!

A huge thank you to Tommy’s Heart for donating 4 CPR mannequins and 5 AED signs to Goodrich Area Schools during Tuesday’s sports physicals and heart screenings event! ❤️

Both events were an incredible success - over 92 sports physicals were completed, and Tommy’s Heart was able to provide heart screenings for 63 children throughout the evening.

We are so grateful for the many volunteers, staff members, and community members who gave their time to support families, keep things running smoothly, and make the event such a positive experience for everyone involved. Your kindness and dedication truly made a lasting impact. 💙💛

A special thank you as well to our School Nurse, Robin, and Athletic Trainer, Gabby, for all of their hard work, coordination, and care in helping make this event possible for our students and families.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make a difference for so many children and families in our community! ❤️
