Ways to help yourself and others are to report Medicare scams to the Senior Medicare Patrol and to share what happened to you with your friends and family. If you open a letter with a plastic Medicare card in it, don't "activate it." This is a scam. Medicare is not sending plastic Medicare cards. Report this to the SMP.
