This year’s We**ie Dog Race was even BIGGER than last year! We had 14 we**ie dogs hit the track and compete in an exciting bracket-style race! 🐶🏆

There was plenty of laughter coming from the crowd tonight as everyone cheered on their favorite little racers. Some were fast, some were distracted, and some… well, they had their own plans! 😂🐾

A special thank you to State Representative Ryan Eaves for being our call starter and getting each race underway! 👏🏼

Another special thank you to Fair Board Vice President Zach Hunt for serving as our finish line judge! 🏁👏🏼

It was an all-around FUN night, and we loved seeing Atoka County come out and enjoy the excitement with us!

Atoka FFA donated trophies for both events!

What a fun time we had at our Annual Pet Parade! We had a little bit of EVERYTHING this year from dogs and chickens to goats and even a SNAKE! You never know what you’re going to see at the fair!

We had 13 participants who got to show off their favorite pets!😁

And we can’t forget about all of our turtle racers! 🐢🏁

A special thank you to Atoka Co. Commissioner Spike Eaves for serving as a judge for our Turtle Race! 👏🏼

Another special thank you to Fair Board member Karl Gentry for serving as our Grand Marshal and helping lead our pet parade! 👏🏼

And, of course, THANK YOU to all of our participants for helping make these events so much fun!

Get ready for one of the most fun and entertaining events at the Atoka County Free Fair! We’re bringing back some fair favorites and adding plenty of laughs along the way!

🐶 Pet Parade — We get bigger and better every year! Bring your favorite four-legged friend and let them show off their fair spirit! We can’t wait to see all the creative costumes and personalities! Prizes will be given!
🌭 We**ie Dog Race — This year will be run on a bracket! Think your dachshund has what it takes to be the fastest pup in town?! Come cheer them on as they race to the finish line! 🏁😂 1st - 3rd places will be awarded with prizes!
🐢 Turtle Race — Slow and steady might just win the race! Bring your turtle and see who can make it to the finish line first! 🐢🏆
Whether you’re participating or just coming to watch, this is sure to be a fun-filled event for the whole family! ❤️ Winner turtle will receive a Ribbon!
