We would like to thank the Southside Fire Department for letting us come out to do training tonight. It was great getting to use the Mobile Apparatus Simulation Lab from the Fire College.

Our volunteers don't just run medic and fire calls. With all the rain and storms we have lots of time with trees down as well. Please always be mindful of the dangers of downed power lines and let our volunteers do their jobs. We are here to serve and help our community.

We had a great time of gathering together as a department and family. Thankful for everyone that could come out and be a part. It was great just hanging out and having a good time together. Missed the ones that couldn't come and join us.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Garrett Howington for leading the Stop the Bleed class at Ivalee Fire Department tonight. Five county volunteer departments were represented at the class. Our gratitude also goes to Sheriff Jonathon Horton and the Etowah County ESU for providing refreshments and donating essential equipment, including Ambu bags, to the department. We also appreciate the attendance of Ivalee members and other participating departments, including Gallant Volunteer Fire Department, Highland Volunteer, Mountainboro, and BallPlay 1.
