On October 11, 2006, U.S. Army Capt. Shane T. Adcock was killed in action while serving with they 25th Infantry Division in Hawijah, Iraq. He died from injuries sustained from enemy grenades. He is laid to rest in Section 60. We honor his service.

Established in 1775, the U.S. Navy has been the shield of the Republic for nearly two and a half centuries. We honor the sailors buried at Arlington National Cemetery and are grateful for the sailors that support our funerals as we lay their brothers and sisters to rest.
