It's not always easy to obtain information on candidates for positions like 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀. There are 15 positions, but 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝟭𝟱. 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄; by voting for people you don't know - you may help them win instead.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝘁𝘇𝗺𝗮𝗻, our federal representative for Indiana House District 3, 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆. He is also a 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗗 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, which is still alive in Congress and which Democrats overwhelmingly support.

The DIGNIDAD (titled in Spanish) or Dignity Act has sparked criticism due to its 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀.

The GOP is holding several 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, next in northern Indiana, on 𝗪𝗲𝗱 𝟰/𝟮𝟮/𝟮𝟲 from 𝟲-𝟴 𝗽𝗺, to give Republicans the opportunity to share thoughts on the GOP Platform (link below).

This is a great 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱. While our beliefs sound good, they don’t always play out in true conservative initiatives. Topics may include:
● Abortion/life
● Redistricting
● Immigration enforcement
● Medicaid/SNAP eligibility
● Bail reform
● School choice and parental rights in education
● Election integrity / Secretary of State authority
