🚔 Auburn Citizens Police Academy – Now Accepting Applications!

Have you ever wondered what really goes on behind the scenes in law enforcement? The Auburn Police Department invites you to join our Citizens Police Academy and gain a firsthand look at police operations, investigations, patrol procedures, specialized units, and more.

📅 Class Start Date: August 11, 2026
🕡 When: Every Tuesday evening from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
📚 Duration: 10 Weeks
🎓 Graduation: October 15, 2026

⚠️ Class size is limited to 25 students, and the class fills up very quickly each year. If you are interested in attending, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Before signing up, please review your calendar and make sure you can attend all class sessions. Due to the interactive nature of the program, regular attendance is important to get the full experience.

We had a great time visiting Union Baptist Early Education this morning! Our officers enjoyed spending time with the students, talking about safety, and showing them a little bit about what we do each day.

A big thank you to our friends Jarrod and Amy for bringing out the awesome Dinoco car, it was definitely a crowd favorite and made the day even more special!

We appreciate the opportunity to connect with our community and look forward to more visits like this in the future.
