Walking School Bus is rolling! 🦁🚌👟

Genesee Lions in K–6: start your day with friends on a staff-escorted walk from Melone Village to school.

📍 Meet at the Melone Village Community Room

🕖 Arrive 7:45–8:00 AM, Monday–Friday
(mornings only)

You’ll walk with classmates, stay safe with an Auburn CSD staff member, and earn PAW tickets. Parents get peace of mind.

In collaboration with Seymour Library , join us here at Play Space for a fun evening, as we transition into the start of school!

It will be full of playtime and a few guided activities, that support the newest adventure of school - whatever that looks like for you and your family. Play is childhood and it is so fun to see children using their imagination, meeting new people, growing and just being a kid.

Cost: Free =)

Who: Open to Play Space aged kiddos and their adult - could be starting preschool, kindergarten, first grade, public school, homeschool = all are welcome!

What:
*Guided activities offered in a space encouraging PLAY.
*Crafts
*Affirmation Station
*Music & Movement
*Sensory activity (Hand Washing fun)
*Snack together (build your own snack, being together at the table)
*Story Time (including a free book to take home)
*School Bus Tour (thank you First Student)

Where: Play Space 100 North St. Auburn, NY

When: Tuesday, September 1st 4:30-6:00

Why: For kids to be kids, to feel supported in new and familiar adventures

We loved seeing so many of our Genesee families at our Summer Meet-Up at Melone Village! 🎉 From popsicles and giveaways to getting ready for the new school year, it was the perfect way to reconnect with our Genesee PRIDE. 🦁

Thank you to everyone who came out to see us! We’re officially counting down to a brand-new school year, and we can’t wait to see all of our Lions back at Genesee! 💚💜

Stop in to grab a snack and pick up a FREE backpack packed with essential school supplies.

Here is what you need to know:

First Come, First Served: Available while supplies last.
