We’re so excited to launch our Bumps & Babies Support Group right here in Franklin County! 💛

This monthly group is a welcoming space for pregnant and postpartum moms to connect, share experiences, and learn together. Each session will feature a new topic—like lactation support, infant CPR, and more!

New location for Bumps and Babies support group!

MaineHealth Franklin Hospital is offering a two-class Childbirth Education series for expectant parents on Sunday, February 1, and Tuesday, February 3.

This in-person series, held at the Family Birth Center, is designed to help families feel prepared and confident for birth and newborn care. The Sunday session runs from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and focuses on labor, delivery, comfort measures, birth options, and postpartum care. The Tuesday evening session runs from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and includes newborn education and a Q&A with a pediatric provider. A tour of the unit is also included.

The cost for the two-class series is $40, payable by cash or check on the day of class. Classes are taught by Ashley Roy, RNC-OB.

Additional 2026 class dates are planned for April, June, August, October, and late November/early December.
