Cayuga County Homsite Development Corporation is a not-for-profit housing company which has been in existence for 30 years and provides comprehensive housing services. These services show a strong emphasis on the rehabilitation of Cayuga County's housing stock for income eligible clients. In addition to rehabilitation, Homsite administers the Section 8 Program for Cayuga County; manages 48 units o

f housing for senior citizens through the FmHA 515 and NYS DHCR Turnkey Program; and has been involved in new construction projects.
