Auburn Housing Authority's Section 8 waitlist is now open! Please visit their website @ https://auburnha.org/ or swing by their office @ 20 Thornton Ave to pick up an application. Cayuga County Homsite will also have Auburn Housing Authority's Section 8 applications available on their website @ www.homsite.org or on location at 60 Clark Street!

**Please note that these are TWO SEPERATE Section 8 Programs. One application will not place you on both waitlists. You'll need to apply for each one separately.

The Healthy Neighborhoods Program can assist in ensuring you have access to a healthy home.

The team addresses hazards including asthma and allergy triggers, pest control, fire and carbon monoxide safety, indoor air quality, and residential injuries. In addition to supplying eligible residents with FREE cleaning and educational materials.

Eligible residents include those living in Auburn, Conquest, Mentz, Montezuma and Throop.

Cayuga County Homsite is now accepting applications for our Mobile Home Replacement Program!! Those interested in applying will currently own a mobile home and the land that the home resides on. Existing homes should be in need of extensive repair and exhibit health and safety concerns. Applicants must be income eligible, be current on property taxes and have homeowners insurance. To obtain an application please stop into Cayuga County Homsite @ 60 Clark Street in Auburn or email our Program Director Amy Sanzotta @ [email protected], or contact the office at 315-253-8451.
