Celebrating a legacy that changed Bay City Central forever. 💜

Join the BCC community this Friday, October 16, for a special pre-game dedication at 6:45 pm honoring former principal Tim Marciniak as we officially dedicate the BCC cafeteria in his memory.

Tim understood that strong schools are built on genuine relationships—he knew students by name, listened to their stories, and ensured every student felt seen, heard, and valued. Let’s come together to honor Tim and celebrate his incredible impact and lasting legacy on our BCC family.

Event Details:
🗓️ Friday, October 16
⏰ 6:45 PM (Pre-Game Ceremony)
📍 Engel Stadium, Bay City Central High School
🏈 Varsity Football Kickoff to follow

Come early, wear your Central gear, and pack the stands as we honor Tim’s legacy together. 💜

Students from the Engineering, Mechatronics, Welding and Precision Machining classes at the Career Center visited Ms. Walton's 7th grade Careers classes to lead activities and answer questions about future trade opportunities. Students saw 3D printing plans, used a programmed conveyor belt, played machined games and participated in a welding simulation. It's so much fun to have former WMS students return as leaders!

Our hallways shine because of them! ✨🧹

Today we shine a bright spotlight on our district custodial and maintenance staff. They do so much more than keep our buildings running. They greet our students with warm smiles and show us every day what dedication looks like. Before the first bell rings and long after the last bus leaves, our incredible custodial and maintenance team keeps our schools safe, clean, and welcoming.

Today, on National Custodial Worker Appreciation Day, we want to take a moment and thank every member of our facilities team for their tireless work behind the scenes. Be Valued.

Be Inspired by their hard work! Drop a ❤️ in the comments to help us thank our BCPS team!
