🦕Monthly Kid Programs🦕

Ready to Read Pre-K Storytimes – Mrs. Cheryl uses stories, rhymes, & songs to entertain & teach early literacy concepts. Ages 2 & up.

Lapsit Storytimes – Designed for ages birth to 2. This storytime introduces our littlest patrons to board books and sensory play as well as rhymes and songs.

LEGO Club – We provide the bricks, you provide the imagination! Come make creations that we will display in the library. Ages 4 & up with caregiver.

Farm Bureau Storytime – Ashley from Farm Bureau will take us on an agricultural adventure with a story and activity.

Teen Mondays – Teens, we offer something for you EVERY Monday night starting at 5:30 PM! For grades 6 – 12.

🏛️Monthly Adult Programs🏛️

Crochet & Knit Club – All skill levels. Bring your own yarn & needles.

Quilt & Sew – All skill levels. Bring your own project & supplies and a sack lunch.

Gardening Club – Share your best tips! For gardeners of all skill levels.

📚Book Clubs📚

Cover to Cover – Bring a snack to share & chat with other book lovers. Read Operation Mincemeat by Ben MacIntyre for June.

Sweet & Spicy – We’re reading A Harvest of Hearts by Andrea Eames for June.

Between the Pages – Read any book that fits the monthly themes and hear recommendations on other great books. June’s theme is reader’s choice.

Dino Discovery – A hands on interaction with a “live” dinosaur. You will also be able to touch real dinosar fossils!

Touch a Truck – Interact with all sorts of vehicles at the Perry-Rainey Center.

Dungeons & Dinos – Join Mrs. Cheryl’s dino-themed one-shot. For grades 3-6.

D&D – Dungeon Master Drew invites teens & young adults to join his campaign.

ROCKS! – Join us for a hands on exploration of thigs you can “Unearth.”

Tea-Rex Party – Travel back for a tea party in the mesozoic era. Dressing up is encouraged.

Mobile Dairy – Learn about dairy production in Georgia and enjoy ice cream! This event will be located at Auburn First Baptist Church.

Get up close and personal with some of your favorite big trucks at our Touch-A-Truck event! This family-friendly event is open to the public and a great opportunity for kids (and adults!) to explore, learn, and have fun.

We had so much fun yesterday at our kickoff Messtival! Thank you to everyone who participated and to our volunteers and donors who helped make yesterday such a special day.
