These four sweet kittens have been lovingly cared for in a wonderful foster home, thanks to a generous community member who stepped up to keep them out of the shelter. ❤️

Now, they’re ready for the next chapter and are looking for their forever families! 🏡🐱

Constantinople is getting a break from the shelter and is being the bestest boy in his foster home! ❤️

His foster mom can’t understand why this sweet guy keeps getting overlooked. We can’t either!

Constantinople (Stan) is crate trained, potty trained, neutered and vaccinated. At almost 2 years old, he’s past the puppy stage. He loves relaxed walks that give him a chance to use his hound dog nose. He loves belly rubs, hops right into the car and is a quiet, easy passenger. He knows “sit,” listens to “leave it,” and is always happy to work for treats. 🥰

Basically, Constantinople is ready to be someone’s easygoing, loving best friend.

💛 Update: Coco’s “Happily Ever After” was just a sleepover…. She is available for adoption again! 🐾

We shared Coco’s adoption story earlier today, but sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.

What we found out is that she chased the cat, but that doesn’t mean Coco can’t live with cats. She’s a Belgian Malinois who needs time, patience, structure, and slow introductions while she adjusts to a new environment.

It’s extremely important to make slow, thoughtful introductions with all other pets in the home. Giving everyone time to get comfortable and learn about each other can make a huge difference.

So, her happily ever after is still waiting for her. ❤️🐾

✨🐾 HAPPY TAILS FOR PILLSBURY BISCUIT! 🐾✨

Eleven months ago, a little dog named Pillsbury Biscuit arrived at our shelter… weighing in at a whopping 40 pounds. 😳🍪

Now, we loved him at 40 pounds, but there was one tiny problem… Pillsbury is a small-breed dog, and 40 pounds was definitely NOT his ideal weight! 😂

Then came another bump in the road: Pillsbury tested heartworm positive. 💔 So, we got to work! He started treatment and, a few months later, found his way into a wonderful foster-to-adopt home where he could continue his treatments surrounded by love, comfort, and lots of TLC. ❤️

And yesterday… WE GOT THE NEWS WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR! 🥁🥁🥁

🎉 PILLSBURY IS OFFICIALLY HEARTWORM NEGATIVE!!! 🎉

But wait… there’s MORE!

This little biscuit has been working hard, and he is now UNDER 18 POUNDS—right where he’s meant to be! 🥹👏🍪

From a 40-pound little guy with a heartworm diagnosis to a healthy, happy pup ready to start his next chapter… Pillsbury has come such a long way.

Here’s to new beginnings, healthy hearts, and a whole lot of happy tails! 🐾❤️

Congratulations, Pillsbury Biscuit! We couldn’t be happier for you. 🥰🍪✨

Meet Kody! ❤️⚽

He has figured out exactly how he likes to spend his yard time—and honestly, we’re here for it! 😂 Give this energetic boy a big red ball and he’ll happily roll it around, entertain himself, and have a blast all on his own terms.

Kody loves water, walks, playtime, and adventure. He’s a fun-loving, active guy who would make an awesome companion for an active family looking for a dog who’s ready to get out and enjoy life.

And yes… he’s perfectly capable of entertaining himself. Just give him a ball and watch the fun begin! ❤️
