Shoreline District - Scouting America The Shoreline District encompasses about 3600 square miles surrounding Lake Huron. We serve 6 counties, Bay, Arenac, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Iosco, and Alcona Counties.

We have almost 50 Scouting units and 1000 Scouts.

We will be opening program areas all over camp for troops and crews to enjoy as we explore the activities that have grown scouts over the last 75 years.

🎉 You're Invited to Celebrate 75 Years of Adventure at Ge**er Scout Reservation! 🎉

Join us as we honor 75 incredible years of memories, leadership, and outdoor adventure with a special 75th Anniversary Fundraiser Dinner benefiting Ge**er Scout Reservation.

🌲 Spend the Day at Camp
From 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM, explore the reservation and reconnect with the camp you know and love:
✅ Guided walking and truck tours
✅ Open buildings to explore and reminisce
✅ Visit with Ge**er staff and volunteers
✅ Hike scenic trails and revisit favorite camp landmarks

Scout units are encouraged to host a reunion! Contact Kim Mast for details. Pack a lunch and enjoy a picnic at your favorite spot around camp.

🍽️ Fundraiser Dinner & Celebration
Doors open at 5:00 PM | Dinner begins at 6:00 PM

There is no cost to attend, but guests will be invited to make a financial commitment to support the future of Ge**er Scout Reservation. RSVP is required for meal planning purposes.

Please note: This is an adult-only event. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

✨ The evening will feature:
• A delicious catered dinner in Centennial Dining Hall
• A silent auction
• Displays showcasing upcoming camp projects
• Multiple opportunities to support the future of camp

Together, we'll share the vision for exciting improvements and projects that will help ensure Ge**er Scout Reservation continues serving Scouts and families for generations to come.

MICHIGAN ADVENTURE "SCOUT DAY" - SUNDAY, JUNE 7, 2026
Join Michigan Crossroads Council Scouting America for a day of fun at Michigan’s Adventure on Sunday, June 7, 2026! This event will include access to the amusement park and an hour-long all-you-can-eat buffet in the group pavilion. This is a family event, so people of all ages are welcome to join us! Bring your friends, family, or neighbors!
