🐝 Happy Retirement, Mrs. Trobaugh & Ms. Parks! 🐝

Today we celebrated two incredible educators whose dedication, passion, and love for students have left a lasting legacy.

🍎 Ms. Parks – After 40 amazing years, all spent at Monte Sano, your unwavering commitment and impact on generations of learners is truly inspiring. Four decades of shaping minds and heartsβ€”what an extraordinary journey!

🍎 Mrs. Trobaugh – With 30 years in education, all in Richmond County, including 7 wonderful years at Monte Sano, your dedication and care have made a difference that will be felt for years to come.

Both of you have poured so much into your students, your colleagues, and your school community. Your classrooms were places of encouragement, growth, and inspirationβ€”and you will be deeply missed.

Thank you for the years of service, the countless lives you’ve touched, and the legacy you leave behind.

Wishing you both a retirement filled with relaxation, joy, and all the happiness you deserve! Congratulations and best wishes on this exciting new chapter! 🐝

This past week, we kept our students on their toes with a little mystery and a LOT of fun for Teacher Underground Week! From unexpected twists to creative moments, it was such a joy to watch students try to guess what was coming next each day. πŸ’šπŸ’›

We kicked things off with new Hornet shirts, followed by a super creative Anything BUT a Cup Day, a fun Granimals Mix & Match Day, a throwback Decades Day, and wrapped it all up with an awesome Grade Level Dress-Up!

Thank you to our amazing Hornet Staff for your dedication, passion, and the sweet impact you make in the lives of your students every single day! 🐝

Huge shout out to our Student Council for all of their hard work and dedication this school year! πŸ’šπŸ’›

Because of their efforts, we were able to add brand new outdoor picnic tables to our courtyard for students and staff to enjoy. We are so proud of the leadership, teamwork, and school spirit they showed all year long.

Thank you, Student Council, for helping make the Hive an even better place! 🐝

πŸŽ“πŸ’›πŸ’š Grad Walk 2026 πŸ’šπŸ’›πŸŽ“

Great memories, lots of laughs, and meaningful reflections filled the halls as our 2026 Grads got to reminisce with each other and Coach Holley. They shared stories and looked back on how far they’ve come. Moments like these remind us that it’s not just about the destination, but the journeyβ€”and the people who helped shape it along the way. 🐝
