Richmond Hill Middle School Richmond Hill Middle School is the new middle school in RCSS after the split of Richmond Hill K8 School. School hours will be 9:15 am to 4:05 pm.

We service students in grades 6-8, with integration of AVID skills and a focus on STEM.

Parents, your support at home makes a BIG difference in how confident and prepared your child feels on test day. Here are a few simple but powerful ways to help:

✅ **Encourage effort daily** – Remind your child to give their best in class every day.
📖 **Talk about learning** – Ask what they’re learning in ELA and Math and have them explain it to you.
⏰ **Build strong habits** – Help your child create a study routine and manage their time.
😴 **Prioritize rest & nutrition** – A good night’s sleep and a healthy breakfast fuel focus and performance.
💬 **Stay positive** – Encourage a growth mindset and remind your child that you believe in them!

💡 **Remember:** 6th & 7th graders take ELA and Math, and 8th graders also take Social Studies and Science.
